CLASS POLICY

Payments: 

We accept all major credit cards and cash payments. 

Refunds: 

Deposit and or payments for classes are to hold a space; therefore, all purchases are final. 

Cancellations: 

Classes must be canceled 48-hours in advance and a new class must be rescheduled within 30 days of the cancellation date. In the event that a student does not show up to a scheduled or rescheduled class, the student forfeits the total class fee already paid. 

Integrity Security Services Inc. reserves the right to cancel any class for any reason. Students enrolled in a canceled class, will be notified by phone or email if a valid phone or email address has been provided. Students enrolled in a canceled class will be offered a class credit or refund for the class.

Students are expected to follow the directions of the instructors quickly and precisely. The instructor will remove any student whom an instructor feels is incapable of safely and properly completing any course. No refund will be provided. Students that have been removed by an instructor may not retake a class with Integrity Security Services Inc. 



Enrollment and Attendance Policies:

Students must complete and submit the state-required Concealed Carry Application after completing the Concealed Carry course. 

Students are responsible for knowing requirements for taking a Concealed Carry course in the state of Illinois. 

Students must show proper identification on the first day of class.

Students must sign a waiver and release form. 

Students enrolled in any course with Integrity Security Services Inc. are not guaranteed a certificate of completion by simply paying for the course. Students enrolled in the course must complete all required seat-hours and pass the unarmed assessment, and if applicable, the Concealed Carry Training assessment, the Firearm Training assessment, and supervised range examination. 

If a student is unable to attend class due to unforeseen circumstances, the student must reschedule and make-up the missed hours/days on predetermined dates. These classes and all course requirements must be made-up within 30 days to receive a certificate of completion.



Assessment and Examination Failures Policies:

In the event that a student fails the written assessment of any course, the student will have two additional tries to successfully pass the assessment with no additional fee. The student will have up to seven business days to reschedule and retake the written assessment. 

In the event that a student fails the supervised range examination, the students will have two additional tries, with each additional attempt consisting of a $30 fee. Not including range fees. These will be scheduled in advance. 

If a student fails the written assessment or the supervised range examination all three times, the student must wait at least six months to restart the application process in its entirety. When restarting the application process the original class fee will be required.


Waiver and Release Policy:

A waiver and release agreement must be signed before participating in any of Integrity Security Services Inc. classes/courses. 


Trainee Record-Keeping Policy:

Record of Integrity Security Services Inc. will be kept in paper form, all records shall be retained in accordance with this policy. 

Records will be kept for a total of 5 years in a locked cabinet and office. 

Records that do not need to be retained shall be destroyed after the required retention period.
